Who is a qualified investor?

A qualified investor is an investor that falls within one of the categories listed in the First Schedule to the Israeli Securities Law, 5728-1968. These include certain corporations and institutional bodies, and individuals who meet the liquid-asset or annual-income thresholds set in the Schedule. The thresholds are updated from time to time; if in doubt, consult your own adviser.
